As part of the dynamic team at a brand-new school, you''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education. You’ll be working within a nurturing, child-centered environment that supports learning through play and exploration, based on the EYFS framework. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and deliver engaging activities to promote all areas of child development. 
• Observe and assess children''s progress, ensuring individual needs are met. 
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. 
• Foster independence, creativity, and resilience in children. 
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). 
• Sound understanding of the EYFS framework 
• A passion for supporting children’s development and creating a positive impact. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to plan and implement creative learning experiences. 
• Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
