Key Responsibilities - Qualified Nursery Practitioner

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Support child-led learning, independence, and communication development
• Act as a key person for a group of children, ensuring their wellbeing and progress
• Observe, assess, and record children''s development accurately
• Support outdoor learning and play in all weather conditions

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership teams
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

Requirements



Essential Criteria

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent
• Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring, and professional attitude
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
