Qualified Nursery Assistant ABOUT THE NURSERY Prospero Teaching is looking for a Qualified Nursery Assistant for a welcoming and nurturing nursery setting in Croydon, South London. This well-established nursery provides a safe and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn, develop, and thrive. The successful Qualified Nursery Assistant will join a friendly and supportive team, working closely with children, parents, and colleagues to support children''s development and wellbeing. The position is open to experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistants. Depending on performance, the nursery may look to offer a permanent position. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Croydon, South London Position - Qualified Nursery Assistant Type of work - Supporting children''s learning, development, and wellbeing through play-based activities, observations, and daily care routines Contract or position start date - September 2026 Full time/part time - Full Time Rate of pay - GBP125 - GBP130 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) Hours - Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am - 4:00pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience working as a Nursery Assistant, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or in a similar childcare setting Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection ..... full job details .....
