Qualified Finance Manager - Media

Are you an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant with previous experience in Audit and Media?Have you done an all encompassing Finance Manager role, both Cost and Revenue side with strong working knowledge of IFRS principals?An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a growing Media Group and take ownership of the UK finance function''s month-end close and financial reporting.This is a hands-on management role within a small team, offering excellent exposure across financial reporting, commercial finance, FPandA and business partnering. You will work closely with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Operations, with the opportunity to develop and progress into a more senior finance role.The RoleYou will own the month-end process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the PandL and balance sheet, while acting as the first line of review for the Revenue and Cost Accountants.Own the end-to-end month-end close and Group reporting submissions, including PandL variance analysis and balance sheet schedules.Review journals, reconciliations and supporting schedules, while remaining hands-on with journal preparation when required.Maintain balance sheet integrity and oversee balance sheet reconciliations.Work closely with the Revenue Accountant on revenue recognition, collections and aged debtors.Ensure revenue recognition and cost accruals are applied consistently and in line with Group policy.Support ..... full job details .....
