Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above)

Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above) Happy Chalet Nursery is looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and experience working within a Montessori-inspired environment. We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to take responsibility for their room while creating a warm and engaging learning environment for children. Early Years Practitioner Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Set up stimulating learning environments and activities. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing. Observe, assess and record children''s progress. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety. Work effectively as part of a professional team. Early Years Practitioner Requirements: Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above). Minimum 3 years'' experience in an Early Years setting. Good knowledge of the EYFS framework. Experience with or an understanding of the Montessori approach.
