Qualified Accountant - Client ManagerBarber McLelland is working in partnership with a leading Doncaster firm of chartered accountants who are recruiting an experienced practice accountant for the position of Client Manager.The firm supports a wide range of clients across the region, providing these clients with a full range of accounting, business advisory and taxation services.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside a highly experienced team of accountants and supporting a Director, the role of Client Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, duties will include:Responsible for a varied client portfolio of small to medium-sized owner-managed businessesPreparation of Statutory AccountsPreparation of Management AccountsSupervise and provide training and guidance for a select number of trainee accountantsReview work prepared by accounts teamKey point of contact for clients for queries and supportPreparation of Management InformationPreparation of personal and corporate tax returnsProvide commercial business supportSkills and QualitiesThe successful candidate will ideally be qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with a minimum of 6 year''s experience working within a firm of accountants.
