Provide expert tax advice and prepare annual accounts. Review and approve work completed by the accounting team. Handle self-assessment tax returns, HMRC audits, and investigations. Address client concerns and manage complex issues efficiently. Monitor and analyse KPI-related data, attending management meetings as needed. Represent the firm with professionalism, upholding high standards of service. Commit to continuous professional development. Mentor and support staff, fostering future growth within the firm.Required Skills and Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. Strong proficiency in cloud accounting software (FreeAgent, QuickBooks, Xero). Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team.
