Quaity Inspector

We are currently looking for a meticulous and highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team and ensure our components continue to meet the highest standards of engineering excellence. The Role As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in our quality assurance process. You will be directly responsible for verifying that all machined parts conform to strict engineering specifications, with a heavy focus on bespoke, precision components. In this role, you will also serve as a face of the department, representing our commitment to excellence during on-site customer visits. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive one-off inspections and first-article inspections on complex machined components. Operate and utilize FARO Arm equipment for accurate 3D measurement, spatial inspection, and reporting. Manage and maintain strict calibration control systems across all measurement instruments and inspection tools on the shop floor. Host and deal with customer visits, acting as a technical representative to walk clients through our inspection processes, audits, and quality standards. Interpret complex engineering drawings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances (GDandT). Identify and document any non-conformances, working closely with the machining team to resolve quality issues.
