Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and differentiated one-to-one tuition sessions. Support students with SEN including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs. Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual academic abilities and learning styles. Build positive relationships that promote confidence, engagement, and progress. Monitor student development and provide regular feedback on progress. Create a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential. Experience working with children or young people with SEN. Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum. Experience teaching or tutoring core subjects including Maths and English.
