QTS TutorsJob DetailsWe are currently seeking QTS-qualified Tutors to provide 1:1 tuition to children and young people across the BCP area, including: BH11 BH16 BH21 BH22 BH23Working in partnership with Local Authorities, you will support students who require alternative educational provision due to a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), SEMH, ADHD, anxiety, school avoidance, and complex needs.Many of the learners we support have been out of education for some time and require a tutor who can build confidence, establish routines, and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that meet their individual needs.This opportunity is ideal for experienced teachers looking to step away from the classroom while continuing to have a meaningful impact through tailored 1:1 support.Location: BCP Area (BH11, BH16, BH21, BH22 and BH23)Start Date: September 2026Hours: Typically up to 15 hours per week per studentType: Contract / 1:1 TuitionDuration: Ongoing, until the student is able to reintegrate into an appropriate educational settingPay Rate: £25-£30The RoleAs a 1:1 Tutor, you will:Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessonsSupport students who may be disengaged from educationBuild positive relationships and encourage confidence in learningAdapt sessions to suit each learner''s needs and EHCP outcomesProvide regular progress updates and session feedbackHelp students develop structure, routine, and engagement with educationTuition often takes place in the student''s home ..... full job details .....
