Many of these students may have been out of school for some time and experience emotional, social or behavioural barriers to learning. We are therefore seeking nurturing QTS Tutors who can demonstrate patience, flexibility and a genuine commitment to helping students overcome challenges and achieve their educational goals. Sessions will take place face to face in a community setting, such as a youth centre, family hub or community centre. Your role with us: Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths and English, supporting students with GCSE preparation and Functional Skills qualifications at Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Level 2. Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps and educational needs. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.
