QTS Teacher - Watford

Interaction Education are pleased to currently be recruiting for a host of qualified teachers in the Watford and Hertfordshire area, for January starts across a number of roles that we currently have live.We are looking solely for Qualified Teachers that hold QTS qualifications, and can reliably commute in and around the Watford/Hertfordshire areas. The key responsibilities for the roles that we are recruiting for are below:Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback. Contribute to the development and implementation of the curriculum. Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Support the wider school community and engage in extracurricular activities. Uphold the safeguarding and well-being of students. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in a relevant subject area. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
