The ideal KS2 Teacher will be able to:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Demonstrate previous teaching experience within a primary school setting
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning, and pupil progress
• Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
