We are looking for 2 x QSR Area Manager for QSR restaurant brands KFC and Taco Bell.andnbsp; You will be an experienced QSR Area Manager with experience in one of these brands already.andnbsp; As QSR Area Manager, you will support the site managers in 6 or 7 sites, all within roughly an hour radius of Mansfield, so in an around Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

You will have a proven track record in operational improvements and achievement of business goals and advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership are desirable. Skills and Attributes of a QSR Area Manager: Strong Pandamp;L management, data analysis, and performance metrics. Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and team development. Customer service, passion, and strategic thinking. Excellent communicator, results-driven, and high emotional intelligence. Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule, including weekends.
