QSHE Manager Salary circa 70,000 + car allowance and benefits Based in London with travel across the UKIrwin and Colton have been engaged to support a leading property organisation with the recruitment of a dedicated Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager for its MandE and Engineering division.This is a pivotal role in the development of new business, with responsibility for establishing and embedding the QHSE framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting site audits, supporting new contract set-ups from a HandS perspective, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.Working closely with engineering teams, clients and key stakeholders, the QSHE Manager will play a key role in building a strong safety culture and putting the systems, processes and standards in place to support the division''s future growth and development.The successful QSHE Manager will:Oversee compliance with all QSHE-related systems and maintain accurate records.Perform regular site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate hazards.Support the setup of new contracts, conducting initial QSHE assessments and documentation.Develop and deliver safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the UK engineering network.The ideal QSHE Manager will have:Health and Safety experience within facilities management or building services is ideal.NEBOSH Diploma with associated membership ..... full job details .....
