QSHE Engineer

This role supports quality, safety, health and environmental compliance across engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring processes, systems and deliverables meet strict regulatory, customer and industry standards. Working closely with operational, engineering and project teams, the position focuses on governance, supplier compliance, continuous improvement and maintaining robust management systems within a highly regulated environment.The role would suit a detail-oriented QSHE professional with experience in engineering, manufacturing or other regulated sectors such as nuclear, defence, aerospace or heavy industry, who enjoys driving standards, supporting audits and governance activities, improving processes and collaborating across teams to promote a strong culture of compliance, safety and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain company quality, safety and environmental management systems.Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and industry standards across projects and manufacturing activities.Assist with internal and external audits, supplier assessments and compliance reviews.Manage non-conformances, corrective actions and root-cause investigations.Support document control, quality records and governance reporting activities.Work collaboratively with engineering, production and project teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in maintaining inspection and compliance documentation including ITPs and LTQRs where ..... full job details .....
