QSHE Advisor

A leading multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities Management company is seeking a QSHE Advisor to join its team. Reporting to the QSHE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting compliance, driving a positive safety culture and providing QSHE support across contracts. The role will primarily focus on the company''s North West contract, with additional support provided to other contracts across the North of England as required. Key Responsibilities include Supporting the QSHE Manager with day-to-day QSHE activities. Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. Providing Health and Safety advice and guidance to operational teams. Assisting with accident and incident investigations. Producing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements and contract safety plans. Delivering Health and Safety training to any areas identified within the contract. Monitoring performance and preparing QSHE reports for management. Supporting contract mobilisations and new business projects. Liaising with clients and operational teams to ensure consistent QSHE standards. Helping maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Assisting in the development and improvement of QSHE policies, procedures and systems. Following up audit findings and supporting the completion of corrective actions. Promoting continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the business. Experience Experience in a QSHE role within FM, MandE or a multi-site environment. ..... full job details .....
