Our client is looking for an experienced QSEC Manager to lead Quality, Safety, Environmental and Compliance activities across the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining ISO standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities  Manage and develop ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Lead internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions. Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments. Act as the company''s competent Health and Safety advisor. Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), document control, and governance processes. Drive environmental, CSR, Social Value, and sustainability initiatives. Manage technical training, competency frameworks, and compliance programmes. Produce QSEC performance reports for senior leadership. Lead and develop the Compliance Manager.  About You  Proven experience in a QSEC, SHEQ, HSEQ or QHSE management role. NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum). Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ideally ISO 14001.
