QS, Site based - Water

Aqua-Tech Recruitment are currently seeking an expienced SQS / Quantity Surveyor based in the Cheltenham area to support a number of live projects for a Tier 1 contractor working for a large UK water authority. The role will cover 3 sites, all within a 15 mile radius of Cheltenham, with a combined value of circa 12 million. The Role: Manage commercial and quantity surveying activities across multiple projects Work closely with the Project/Commercial Manager and wider delivery team Support cost reporting and commercial management Manage both direct works and subcontractor packages About You: Experienced SQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor Strong commercial and cost management experience Ideally experienced within water/utilities or civil engineering Based within a commutable distance of Cheltenham Available to start at short notice Apply now for immediate consideration. ..... full job details .....
