QS, Site based - Water

Aqua-Tech Recruitment are currently seeking an expienced SQS / Quantity Surveyor based in the Cheltenham area to support a number of live projects for a Tier 1 contractor working for a large UK water authority.-

The role will cover 3-sites, all-within a 15 mile radius of Cheltenham, with a combined value of circa -12 million.

The Role:

• Manage commercial and quantity surveying activities across multiple projects

• Work closely with the Project/Commercial Manager and wider delivery team

• Support cost reporting and commercial management

• Manage both direct works and subcontractor packages

About You:

• Experienced SQS or Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Strong commercial and cost management experience

• Ideally experienced within water/utilities or civil engineering

• Based within a commutable distance of Cheltenham

• Available to start at short notice
