Join our small commercial team as a Quantity Surveyor, You will manage all the commercial aspects of your projects taking them on from the estimating team through to settlement of final account.Responsibilities include: Managing project costs Procurement of materials and subcontractors Valuing change Agreeing monthly valuations Managing compliance with contract conditions Cost reporting You will also collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to support successful project delivery.
