QHSE Supervisor

Role: QHSE Supervisor Location: Southam, Warwickshire Salary: c£50,000 per annum Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Please note we are also considering candidates on a part-time basis, and the salary wuld be on a prorata basis Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE Supervisor / Manager to lead and continuously improve Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities across our Southam site. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining compliance, driving a positive safety culture, managing audits, and ensuring the organisation meets all quality and environmental standards. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company''s ISO management systems, lead risk assessment activities, and manage ongoing permit requirements relating to site operations and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the company''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Lead compliance activities relating to ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 45001 (International standard for occupational health and safety (OHandS) management systems) Plan, conduct and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.
