Compliance Manager/ QHSE Officer Mansfield - Multi-site responsibility £40,000 - £45,000 DOE The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager/ SHEQ Officer to join an established engineering business, taking responsibility for maintaining and developing compliance standards across four UK sites. This is a varied and hands-on position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the business operates safely, efficiently and in line with relevant quality, environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee the company''s integrated management systems, support internal and external audits, drive continuous improvement and provide practical guidance to teams across the organisation. Alongside core compliance responsibilities, the role will also involve supporting fleet management, supplier compliance, employee engagement and wider business operations. Compliance Manager/ QHSE Officer Key Responsibilities Quality and Management Systems - Maintain and continually improve integrated management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. - Manage controlled documentation, policies, procedures and compliance registers. - Plan and conduct internal audits, supporting external certification and customer audits. - Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness. - Work closely with departmental managers to improve ..... full job details .....
