QHSE Manager

Group QHSE ManagerW Talent Engineering and Manufacturing are partnering with a market-leading assembly-focused manufacturing business to recruit a Group QHSE Manager.This is a senior opportunity for an experienced QHSE professional to take ownership of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across a multi-site manufacturing operation. The sites are based in Nottinghamshire and Wiltshire and can be based at either site.The role will play a key part in developing and embedding a proactive QHSE culture, ensuring the business continues to meet its legal, regulatory and customer requirements while driving improvements in quality, safety, environmental performance and operational excellence.The RoleReporting into the Group Operations Director, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of the company''s QHSE management systems across two manufacturing sites.You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and the Senior Leadership Team, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support to ensure QHSE remains embedded within day-to-day operations.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the Group QHSE strategy across two manufacturing sites.Developing and maintaining the Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 compliance.Leading internal and external audits and managing corrective actions.Driving improvements in customer complaints, non-conformances, defects, waste and rework.Leading Health and Safety systems, risk ..... full job details .....
