QHSE Manager Permanent Position Working Hours - 39 (Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am - 13:00pm) Salary: £60,000 - £66,000 The RoleOur client is looking for an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to lead and manage Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental standards across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company procedures, while driving a strong culture of continuous improvement, quality, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company''s QHSE systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety and environmental legislation. Lead internal audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions. Monitor and improve quality standards across manufacturing and operational processes. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and customer complaints. Develop and deliver QHSE training and promote a positive safety culture. Manage environmental requirements, including waste management and sustainability initiatives. Maintain relevant documentation, records, and compliance reports.
