QHSE Manager

The business in steeped in heritage and you will play a key role in the continual development of QHSE standards with best practise at the forefront. With a primary and secondary site in close proximity near Accrington, you will manage QHSE across both sites.

As QHSE Manager, you will manage and improve the management systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Looking at continuous improvement across the sites for all manufacturing and production activities in a high value, low volume environment. Driving change, improving and creating robust processes, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. You have an opportunity to have a huge and positive impact on this business.

Ideal profile for the QHSE Manager role:

• NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum
• Experience of managing ISO systems
• Strong experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental
• Experience in a similar manufacturing and production environment
• Able to drive positive cultural change whilst improving safety standards
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement
• Driven towards improvement and best practice

Salary is up to £55,000 plus pension, BUPA cash health plan and Life Assurance
