QHSE Manager Location: Kidderminster Duration: Permanent Salary: Competitive Hours of work: Monday Friday onsite (37.5 hours) We are working with a well-established and growing organisation that is part of a larger group, now looking to recruit an experienced QSHE Manager / HSE Manager to take ownership of compliance and management systems across the business. This is a key role focused on ISO 9001 management and integration of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, ensuring systems align with group standards while driving continuous improvement and best practice. The position is primarily office-based within a professional environment, with occasional site visits to support audits, investigations and toolbox talks. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on QSHE professional to lead from the front, influence across the business and play a pivotal role in developing a strong quality and safety culture. The QSHE Manager will be responsible for: Managing, maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Leading the integration of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) Coordinating compliance activities in line with group standards and regulatory requirements Conducting internal audits, investigations and root cause analysis Delivering toolbox talks and supporting HSE initiatives across office and site teams Maintaining quality documentation, RAMS, procedures and records Driving continuous improvement, risk reduction and compliance ..... full job details .....
