QHSE ManagerLeicester C£55k+ neg dep exp + benefitsOur client has been established for more than a century and are recognised as global market leaders in the design and manufacture of niche electrical solutions for supply across the globe, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, are now seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic QHSE Manager to complement their professional Quality team and be responsible for maintaining, continuously improving and auditing the management systems across two sites (Leicester and Norfolk) and covering engineering and manufacturing environments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Based in Leicester and reporting to the Managing Director, the successful QHSE Manager will undertake a range of duties that will include (but not be limited to): Management system ownership, including maintenance, audit and continuous improvement activities and associated documentation controlLeading RCCA''s to resolve customer complaints, manufacturing, component and supplier issues.Supplier Quality management, working with the Supply Chain team to assess, audit and approve new suppliers.Managing the internal audit program and acting as the main contact for external certification bodies and customer audits.Training, coaching and team development, toolbox talksMaintaining the sites calibration status to ensure all equipment is available and fit for usePreparation and approval of Quality, ..... full job details .....
