RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for all quality, safety and compliance aspects of the business activities, working from a strong perspective of continuous improvement. Key to the success of this role is the ability to manage these areas in a commercially viable manner, suitable for the operation of a small to medium sized company. The ideal candidate will be proactive and independent, able to communicate with stakeholders to promote the positive impact effective quality systems can have on our business.They''re also planning the introduction of a new DMS, so this is an ideal time to join the team to support this transformation. Quality Develop, implement, review and oversee existing QHSE management systems, ensuring compliance with local, national and international standards and legislationFocus on auditing, monitoring, and review - reviewing processes to improve and re-implement proceduresFamiliarity with engineering projects in an electronics design/development and manufacturing facility, where tracking design changes is key,Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure readiness and compliance, ..... full job details .....
