Job Title: QHSE Manager Department: Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Reporting To: Technical Director Location: Willenhall Employment Type: PermanentSalary: £60,000 Role Purpose: The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, customer requirements, industry standards and company procedures. The QHSE Manager will provide leadership across quality assurance, health and safety, environmental management and continuous improvement. The role will work closely with production, engineering, purchasing, sales, warehouse and senior management to ensure that products consistently meet customer and specification requirements while maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Key Responsibilities: Quality Management Maintain and continuously improve the company''s Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, customer-specific requirements and applicable industry standards. Develop, maintain and control quality procedures, work instructions, inspection plans and associated documentation. Ensure fasteners conform to relevant specifications, drawings, standards and customer requirements, including where applicable DIN, ISO, EN, ASTM, BS and customer-specific specifications.
