As the ideal candidate you will have experience of Quality, Health Safety and Environmental systems management in a Production / Manufacturing operation. You will be experienced in dealing with production non-conformance and leading investigations to deliver corrective actions and process improvement to drive quality improvement and waste reduction. You will lead a team internally across HandS and Quality and work closely with customers to achieve the company objectives. As the SHEQ Manager your role and responsibilities will involve: Responsible for driving improvements in product quality and service levels to deliver excellent standards of customer care, with regular feedback for continuous improvement. Responsible for effective and timely response to any customer concerns raised. Provide visible leadership in SHEQ standards, behaviours and systems of work.
