QHSE Manager

This is a pivotal role within an international organisation supplying premium equipment across hospitality, retail, and contract catering. You’ll keep quality front and centre, raise safety standards, and embed a culture of excellence across their UK  business.

This role pays up to £45,000  with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Based at their site in Coventry there may be some occasional travel to customer sites around the UK or their HQ near Watford.

As the QSHE Manager you will lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across all operations including:

•  ISO implementation and audits 
• Monitoring product and process quality, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Investigating quality issues, incidents and near misses, ensuring robust corrective actions
• Developing and overseeing health & safety policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments and site inspections
• Promoting a proactive safety culture through training and engagement
• Providing practical advice to managers/teams and updating senior leadership

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven experience in quality, compliance, safety, within an engineering environment
• A recognised H&S qualification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH or similar 
• Experience implementing and managing ISO standards
• A strong understanding of QMS and audit processes
• The confidence to influence managers and stakeholders at all levels
• Flexibility to travel within the UK when required
