We are looking for a Quality, Health and Safety Manager who will take ownership of the QHSE strategy and lead the charge in elevating standards across the business. Your new roleYou will lead all quality and health and safety strategy for the site, with a supporting team of QA''s, QC''s and an experienced HSE Co-ordinator.Quality Strategy - Develop, implement, and continuously refine our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer expectations.Process Improvement - Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and long-term preventive measures across engineering and production.Health and Safety Oversight - Maintain a safe working environment through audits, risk assessments, and proactive safety initiatives.Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to embed quality into every stage of the product life cycle.Compliance and Auditing - Lead internal audits, manage external certification bodies, and ensure documentation is always audit-ready.What you''ll need to succeedA strong engineering background - mechanical, manufacturing, electrical, or similar.Proven experience in quality management, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.Solid understanding of ISO 9001, continuous improvement tools (5 ..... full job details .....
