QHSE Manager Location: Bristol Salary: 50,000 to 65,000 Job Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full-time FC Engineering is working with an established engineering and manufacturing business in Bristol who are looking to appoint an experienced QHSE Manager. This is an important role within the business, taking responsibility for quality, health, safety and environmental management, ensuring products, processes and working practices meet the required standards. The role will suit a QHSE professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with engineering, manufacturing and operational teams to improve quality performance, maintain a safe working environment and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day quality, health, safety and environmental functions Maintaining and developing the company''s management systems, policies and procedures Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, health and safety legislation and environmental requirements Managing internal and external audits and following through on improvement actions Carrying out risk assessments and supporting safe systems of work Investigating incidents, near misses and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions Carrying out root-cause analysis and driving continuous improvement Supporting customer and supplier quality requirements Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and production teams Monitoring QHSE performance and ..... full job details .....
