This is a key leadership role reporting directly to senior management, offering the opportunity to drive quality, health, safety and environmental performance across a growing manufacturing operation.The successful candidate will take full ownership of the company''s integrated management systems, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and the maintenance of ISO accreditations, whilst fostering a proactive culture focused on quality, safety and operational excellence.The RoleAs QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Developing and delivering the company''s QHSE strategy, objectives and improvement plans.Leading management reviews and ensuring effective governance of QHSE systems.Maintaining and improving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations.Ensuring products consistently meet customer and regulatory quality requirements.Leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventative actions.Acting as the primary escalation point for customer quality concerns.Establishing robust quality assurance, quality control and ..... full job details .....
