This is a broad, hands-on role focused on managing and continually improving quality, health, safety and environmental standards across the business. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will maintain and develop the systems and controls required to ensure legal compliance, improve product and process quality, reduce operational risk and promote a positive QHSE culture throughout the organisation.  QHSE Manager responsibilities include -    Provide practical quality, health, safety and environmental guidance across the business.  Maintain risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work and QHSE documentation.  Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, coordinating audits, inspections and company accreditation.  Investigate incidents, near misses and quality non-conformance, implementing corrective actions.  Manage mandatory training, toolbox talks, fire safety and compliance inspections.
