QHSE Manager Essex Location: Rayleigh, Essex Salary: £40k+ Hours: Monday Friday, 08 30 The Opportunity We are working with a well-established UK manufacturer specialising in window and door systems, supplying into the construction and building products sector. They are now looking to appoint a QHSE Manager to take full ownership of Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental systems across their Essex site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with real autonomy, where you can shape processes, influence culture and make a visible impact across the business. The Role As QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining all QHSE systems within a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and industry standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation Leading risk assessments, audits and investigations Managing environmental systems (ISO 14001) Supporting energy management initiatives (ISO 50001) Driving a proactive safety and quality culture across production Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions Delivering training and supporting site teams on QHSE matters About You We are keen to speak with candidates who have: Proven experience in a QHSE / HSE / Quality role within manufacturing Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation ..... full job details .....
