QHSE Engineer

Are you an experienced QHSE professional looking to make a real impact within a growing manufacturing business?We are seeking a Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Manager to lead and develop all aspects of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety performance across our manufacturing operation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a culture where quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do. The RoleWorking closely with the Operations Director and wider leadership team, you will take ownership of the site''s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring continued compliance with ISO standards while promoting best practice across the business. You will play a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence, reducing risk, and driving sustainable improvements throughout the manufacturing facility. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the site''s Integrated Management System (IMS).Lead ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance activities and external audits.Develop, monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics.Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.Lead investigations into incidents, non-conformances and root cause analysis activities.Drive corrective and preventive actions across the business.Support and develop a positive safety culture through training and engagement initiatives.Liaise with regulatory bodies, certification auditors and external ..... full job details .....
