QHSE Engineer

GMP Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business based in Oxfordshire, where you will play a key role in driving quality, safety, environmental compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, industry standards and company policies while promoting a positive culture of operational excellence. Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager Main Responsibilities Lead the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the company''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems. Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 (or equivalent). Plan and conduct internal audits while coordinating and supporting external audit processes. Investigate, manage and resolve non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
