The right candidate will have worked in the Automotive or Aerospace industries previously in a Quality capacity.RESPONSIBILITIES:Production of PPAP''s, ISIR''s and other customer specific documentation Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System - managing annual quality audit and systemsCreate FMEA, Control plans, PSW, IMDS Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actionsCarry out inspections (first-off, last-off, and in-process checks) Ensure products meet customer specifications and tolerances Support quality requirements like APQP, ISIR, PSW and 8D''sWork with production teams to reduce defects and waste Keep HandS system up to date and support external advisorsConduct risk assessments and review safe working practices Ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations Monitor safe operation of machinery and equipment Investigate accidents and implement preventative measures Carry out internal audits for quality and safety Support external and customer audits Create and update procedures, work instructions, and records Train staff on quality standards and health and safety procedures Drive continuous improvement using root cause analysis and problem-solving toolsProducing workflow processes for new product introductionTHE CANDIDATE:At least 3 years'' experience in a ..... full job details .....
