QHSE Assistant Stoke-on-Trent Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm From 35,000 per annumWe are looking for a QHSE Assistant to support the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions within our busy manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in QHSE, who is looking to develop further and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.Key Responsibilities:Support the maintenance of ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 accreditationsAssist in performing quality checks and audits on production processesHelp monitor staff compliance with internal procedures and ways of workingAssist in investigating nonconformities and implementing corrective actionsContribute to process improvement activities and initiativesSupport in the creation and review of risk assessments and safe systems of workAssist with accident and near miss reporting, including RIDDOR submissions where requiredWork closely with the QHSE Manager and production teams to ensure high standards are maintainedKey Requirements:NEBOSH qualificationExperience supporting quality and health and safety in construction or manufacturing environmentsUnderstanding of ISO standards and auditing processesGood organisational and communication skillsProactive approach to promoting health and safety in the ..... full job details .....
