QHSE Assistant Location: Stokesley, North Yorkshire Department: Operations / QHSE Reports to: Business Operations Manager Role Purpose The QHSE Assistant will support the day-to-day operation and continual improvement of Applied Integration''s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental arrangements across engineering, manufacturing and project activities. The role will provide practical support to maintain compliance, improve standards, manage QHSE records and ensure actions are effectively followed through to completion. Key Responsibilities Support the maintenance and improvement of the company''s Quality and HSE Management Systems. Assist with internal audits, workplace inspections and preparation for external/customer audits. Maintain and monitor NCRs, corrective actions, audit findings and improvement actions through to closure. Support investigations into quality issues, incidents and near misses, including root-cause analysis. Assist with risk assessments, COSHH assessments and safe systems of work. Maintain QHSE records, registers, training records, calibration records and controlled documentation. Produce and maintain QHSE KPIs and identify trends or recurring issues. Support supplier quality activities and project-specific quality requirements. Assist with employee inductions, toolbox talks and QHSE communications. Work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Project teams to improve processes and prevent quality or safety issues. Support continual improvement and ..... full job details .....
