A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is looking for a QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager in Greater London. This vital role will help shape safety standards and compliance processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery.


The Role

  • Support the development and maintenance of quality systems aligned with ISO 9001.
  • Conduct inspections and audits on M&E systems and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures for high-risk M&E activities.
  • Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings, fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Assist the Operations team in maintaining statutory compliance across all areas.
You
  • Proven experience in QHSE roles within M&E.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance within Facilities Management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
  • ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 knowledge.
