This vital role will help shape safety standards and compliance processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
The Role
- Support the development and maintenance of quality systems aligned with ISO 9001.
- Conduct inspections and audits on M&E systems and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures for high-risk M&E activities.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Assist the Operations team in maintaining statutory compliance across all areas.
- Proven experience in QHSE roles within M&E.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance within Facilities Management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
- ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 knowledge.
