QHSE AdvisorLocation: Teddington (site-based; 5 days per week)Salary circa 40,000Irwin and Colton are pleased to have been engaged by an industry-leading FM organisation that is looking to bring on board a new Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager to lead the health and safety programs for a major site in Surrey. The role will be responsible for leading the QHSE requirements throughout the site, ensuring compliance across various departments and staff.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing health and safety team, looking to improve change across the board, and to work in a professional and dynamic working environment.Responsibilities of the QHSE Advisor will include:Collaborating and engaging with key stakeholders to improve the health and safety culture with internal staff, subcontractors and other site-operatives on a day-day basisEnsuring supplier performance and site requirements are maintained at a high level, and developing the health and safety management systems to reflect best practicesTo analyse risk across the critical working environment and to create change to mitigate risksEnsuring contractors on-site are compliant to agreed legislation and company guidelinesThe successful QHSE Advisor will have:NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) and relevant membership of a professional bodyProven experience within the built environment, ideally from facilities management (Hard FM)Experience in influencing, engaging, and liaising with ..... full job details .....
