QHSE Advisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-QHSE Advisorto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an-QHSE Advisor--who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

The-QHSE Advisor-will be responsible for:

• Provide practical and professional QHSE advice and support.
• Conduct audits, inspections and investigations.
• Support compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote positive behaviours and a proactive safety culture.
• Support operational teams in managing risk and implementing effective controls.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of management systems and assurance activities.

To be successful for this QHSE Advisor-role you must have:

• A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a QHSE Advisor role, or
• At least 3 years'' experience within a high-hazard, highly regulated or safety-critical environment.
• A proven record of delivering QHSE improvements and supporting operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety and environmental management systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations and assurance activities.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, engagement and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently while remaining an effective member of a wider team.
