QHSE Advisor

QHSE Advisor As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting a safe, compliant, and high-performing working environment. You ll help ensure adherence to all relevant Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety legislation while promoting a positive safety culture across the business. This role is ideal for someone with existing QHSE experience who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Working closely with factory and farm teams, you will assist in identifying hazards, reducing risks, and improving health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. You ll act as a strong advocate for HSE and food safety, helping ensure best practices and legal compliance are consistently maintained. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Health and Safety and Environmental systems, processes, and risk assessments Help ensure all procedures are followed and continuously improved Liaise with external HSE and environmental agencies as required Assist with retail audits and Quality Management System (QMS) processes Support the development and review of HSE policies and procedures Work with senior management to monitor HSE KPIs Provide clear and practical HSE guidance to employees across the business Assist in producing monthly QHSE reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement Deliver HandS inductions and support training activities Support the coordination of monthly Safety ..... full job details .....
