QESH ManagerWe are seeking a proactive QESH Manager to lead quality, environmental, safety and health systems across a growing engineering manufacturing business.Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum (DOE)Location: Leicester (with regular travel to a second UK site)Hours: Full-timeClosing date: 28the July 2026 - CVs will be reviewed on a rolling basisAbout the roleReporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (QESH) management systems across two UK sites, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Key responsibilities include:Managing, auditing and continuously improving QESH management systemsLeading root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer, supplier and manufacturing issuesOverseeing supplier quality, including assessment, audit and approvalManaging internal audits and acting as the main contact for external certification bodiesDriving a strong safety culture through training, coaching and engagement activitiesEnsuring compliance with statutory, legal and regulatory requirementsMonitoring and reporting KPIs across quality, safety and environmental performanceReviewing and updating risk, COSHH, fire and environmental assessmentsSupporting sustainability initiatives, including waste management and energy reductionInvestigating incidents and implementing preventative actionsThis is a key leadership role within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment, supporting operational ..... full job details .....
