This is a hands-on role where you''ll lead a small Quality Control and Receiving Inspection team, making sure incoming materials and finished products meet the required quality and regulatory standards. The role Lead and support a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians. Allocate workloads and provide day-to-day technical guidance. Act as the escalation point for inspection issues and non-conformances. Carry out and oversee product testing, inspection and final release. Complete First Article Inspections (FAI). Support supplier and incoming inspection activities. Identify training needs and develop the team. Help drive improvements across quality and inspection processes. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and other teams. About you We''re looking for someone with: Previous Quality Inspection/Receiving Inspection experience within a regulated manufacturing environment. Ideally, experience within medical devices, particularly Class II/III products. At least 3 years'' team leader/supervisory experience. HNC/HND/... Permanent
