This is an opportunity to lead a team of QC Analysts, play a key role in developing laboratory capability and help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the site.This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll combine your technical laboratory knowledge with people management responsibilities, supporting the day-to-day operation of the QC laboratory whilst ensuring the highest standards of GMP and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a team of QC Analysts.Oversee day-to-day laboratory activities and workload planning.Review QC testing across raw materials, in-process, finished products and stability samples.Support investigations, CAPAs, change controls and continuous improvement activities.Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP and Data Integrity requirements.Review and update SOPs, analytical methods and laboratory documentation.Work closely with QA, Manufacturing and other departments to support operational priorities.Promote a positive quality culture and support ongoing team development.About YouWe''re keen to speak with candidates who have:Experience leading or supervising a Quality Control ..... full job details .....
