QC Production ChemistLocation: OxfordJob Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: 30,000 - 35,000Join our team as a QC Production Chemist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. This position is crucial for generating reliable analytical data, maintaining high-quality documentation standards, and collaborating across teams to support manufacturing, supply chain, and product development activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems and laboratory processes.Day-to-day of the role:Own and deliver routine QC testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring accurate and timely results aligned with production needs.Perform HPLC and phys/chem analysis in line with validated methods and industry standards.Support product development, troubleshooting, and supply chain activities through additional analytical testing, including new material validation.Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation, including test results, quality records, and retained samples.Manage retained samples and associated records to ensure full traceability.Support raw material release and qualification processes to enable efficient manufacturing operations.Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and contribute to root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, Production, Supply ..... full job details .....
